Smuggling Techniques

Border Protection Aims

Representatives further stated that "The goal of law enforcement is to confiscate the maximum possible volumes of smuggled items and to detain organisers and perpetrators so that these practices become economically unsustainable and do not pose risk to commercial air travel."

Similar occurrences in adjacent nations have caused EU officials to speed up talks about enhancing aerial security throughout the continent.
